The whole family went to Lucy the elephant town. It was cool. There was a giant elephant and the eyes were the windows, and it was so cool I couldn't believe it. I am sitting on Lucy's toe. I am holding Liz from the magic school bus. I got her at the dollar store with my dollar that our next door neighbor, Miriam, gave me. Liz is a frilled lizard. I really like her and want to take a close up picture of her right now.
Here are six slugs that I found outside of the beach house. They were easy to find because they were right in front of my face. They came out because it was raining. They felt like slippery slug slime. No one else wanted to hold them because they were creeped out. But I wasn't. They were some of my first slugs that I ever held.

Hi Victor. I definitely would have been creeped out too if I had been there to see all of those slugs slithering around on your hands. I have picked up slugs before. I don't like how the slime stuck to my hands afterwards. Oh well. I guess I shouldn't be so fussy. It's better to just enjoy the little creatures instead of being grossed out by them. Right?
Love,
Uncle Mike
